It’s been way too long since my last post, but I haven’t been idle. Although I have made some major changes, you may not have even realized some of the more subtle ones. For example, this blog is no longer the HowToBuyRentalProperty.com blog. It is now “officially” the Landlord Business Insider, to better reflect the scope of what we discuss here. The major announcement, though, is that I have launched a second site separate from my book, to specifically cover landlord and rental property management issues. Here is that site’s opening press release. After you read it, please visit the new ManageRentalProperty.com site. I think you’ll learn at least one new property management tip or find one resource that will help you landlord more effectively (and hopefully with less effort)!

Boorstein’s first site was HowToBuyRentalProperty.com . At first, it featured his first book and and some links to rental property relates sites. But, it wasn’t too long before he realized that readers and visitors had many more questions that required other resources; including what he felt should be addressed in “more active and dynamic content.”
“At that point I realized I had so much information to help people manage rental property more effectively, I needed a separate site. That’s when I decided that ManageRentalProperty.com needed to be born. My hope is to have what I call an “organic” site. One that grows and changes in response to the needs of the landlording profession. I want it to be a site that rental property owners and landlords come back to because they find it valuable in helping them run effective and efficient rental property businesses. The landlording business is not easy, and a site like this creates a place to get a lot of the education needed to succeed.
