Yes, a good camera is a MUST!
As crazy as it sounds, every landlord nees a good camera with video capabilities. You need to take "before and after" pictures of your properties, and pictures of your tenants, etc.
I love this camera. It's small (fits in a shirt pocket) and takes excellent pictures and great video. And, check with your accountant... it might just be a write-off.
