SmartKey systems

The SmartKey system is one of the biggest moneysavers and timesavers that we have ever seen when it comes to rekeying your locks. Not only does it save you time (you can literally rekey a lock in 30 seconds without needing any technical knowledge), it saves you a huge amount of money from calling a locksmith ($85 from what we asked locksmiths in our area what they would charge to rekey our locks!) When tenants move or have concerns about their security for any reason and ask for their locks to be changed, you’ll find that the SmartKey system pays for itself over and over. We chose the locks below because they are cheaper in combo, and they are models that aren’t shiny (shiny may be great in your house, but doesn’t tend to wear well in rentals):

Note: Although you only need the rekeying kit when you actually want to rekey the lock, we suggest you purchase them at the same time so you have it on hand when you need it.
