Forum Rules, Guidelines and Disclosures
Thank you for visiting the ManageRentalProperty.com Landlord Discussion Forum.
Let's face it, being a landlord is not often an easy task. For one, you’re outnumbered. One landlord usually has many tenants and has to deal with multiple contractors, several township/city officials and multi-tasks seemingly endless groups of projects, day-in and day-out. Maintenance, repairs, accounting, taxes, legal issues, tenants, inspections… where do you go to get your questions answered? How can we help each other out?
Well, hopefully this forum provides a solution for many of those questions that pop-up. This discussion forum is exclusively created for rental property owners and property managers. Over time, I hope it will be of great help to landlords across the United States.
Use of this bulletin board is at your own risk. We, at ManageRentalProperty.com... we simply cannot verify or warranty the accuracy or applicability of information that users post. We reserve the right to delete postings that might be deemed offensive to the visitors of our site or not in the best interest of the site itself. In other words, although it is not our intention to censor this board with an iron fist, we can-- and will-- monitor and scan this site from time to time and delete postings or make "administrative" notes to posts which we feel do not add to the educational value of the site. We will delete anything we feel is in violation of our rules, which include the following:
* No profanity or curse words... this is a family friendly site.
* No illegal discrimination.
* Members should ask and answer posts in the spirit of helping each other
grow and learn. Please mentor others, not berate them. If you are ticked
off by a question or answer... then please ignore the post rather than
respond negatively and in "attack mode."
* Please do not use the forum for unabashed advertising, link posting,
posting of copyrighted material, etc. Yes you can discuss your business,
product or service... but only if it is in the context of answering a question
and providing genuine help and response to the question asked.
* Absolutely no spamming.
Please feel free to help us make this forum a better place with your suggestions, comments and participation.
