It helps you figure out when you might pursue a property and when you might want to walk away from a deal. It also covers many of the mistakes that new purchasers of rental property often make between the time they start looking for the property and the time they get to closing. We feel the price is inexpensive compared to the value that someone new to rental properties would get from reading and applying it. The fact that it is a download does not diminish the value of the book, it simply makes it faster for the customer to get and easier for them to read on various electronic devices or print out, if they choose. Very often people go to seminars or buy "infomercial" courses that cost hundreds of dollars or more and have just about the same usable content as this book, in our opinion. We hope you will reconsider and give it a read... it's about the same cost as going out for one lunch at your local restaurant, but the education from this book could well last you for a lifetime.
